Dale Williams
Dale Williams - Chief Enthusiast

Dale Williams is the Managing Director of Kettle. As a design graduate and son of a master carpenter, it’s clear to see his rationale for launching a carpentry-orientated furniture design business, and leading the design process and customer relations.

But he couldn’t have predicted the success and growth achieved in just six years, with Kettle now established as one of the South West’s leading kitchen brands. 

Tim Williams - Master Carpenter

Tim Williams is a dyed-in-the-wool furniture craftsman who has led large teams of carpenters and joiners for 36 years.

Delighted to be working alongside his entrepreneur son, Tim is still a hands-on craftsman, directing the bespoke manufacturing side of the business. His hobbies include of making guitars and yachts, all out of wood.

Phil Staley - Lead Installation Magician

Phil Staley has installed kitchens for 25 years and has built a formidable knowledge of the practicalities of fitting kitchen furniture in every kind of environment.

As the man responsible for the operational success of your investment once your plumbing and power are reconnected, Phil takes his responsibility very seriously.

As a local company with local suppliers, we build personal relationships that we hope will last, from our timber suppliers to our valued customers. We are small enough to be personally aware of the needs of our customers and the individual specifications and features of the kitchens we are supplying.

Although we are cost-competitive with major suppliers, we are able to offer more experience, manufacturing knowledge, time and personal attention through the process from initial discussion to the installation of your kitchen.
